Lower Zambezi National Park

Perfect for bird and safari enthusiasts

This Park is still relatively undeveloped, lying opposite the famous Mana Pools Reserve in Zimbabwe, the whole area on both sides of the Zambezi River is a massive wildlife sanctuary.

With mountains, rivers and floodplains surrounded by different tree types – this makes for enormous herds of wildlife as well as many bird species. The area is great for any safari and photography enthusiast. The Park is accessible by 4x4 vehicles (there are a few river crossings) with ease. Accommodation is varied and plentiful, with Lodges in the Park as well as the surrounding areas.
